Australian MPs in the state of Queensland ran into parliament wearing shorts, football jerseys, t-shirts and bare feet after an unexpected late night vote forced them to rush to the chamber from their bedrooms.
The vote occurred at 2.30am in the state parliament and left many MPs in varied states of undress.
One MP entered the chamber bare-footed and another wore a jacket with no shirt.
